We are so lucky to find this company. This is the 2nd project he has done for us. This time he built an entire deck for us. His work ethic is amazing with his workmanship excellent. We already have another project for him

Everything about working with Nuno was amazing. We've worked with contractors and subcontractors before on everything from flooring to painting to framing to masonry, and we've never come across anyone who does work the way it should be done with the friendliness and professionalism that Nunu shows with everything he completes. We are very happy not only with the work he completed but the way in which he completed it. We'd recommend him to anyone considering work on a deck in particular, but anything he does we can be pretty confident he'd do well.

Truly, I was wowed by Nuno and his company. We were clear with him that working to get estimates from other contractors was a frustrating process, with estimates on the same job ranging by dozens of thousands of dollars. We told Nuno what our budget was, what we hoped to get, and he provided his expertise and helped us find a design and plan the fit what we actually wanted. When we signed the contract, we were sure to insert clauses that would handle situations we've run into before, with work not being completed in a timely manner, etc., but it turned out there was no need for this worry with LND. They got to the job reasonably quickly (as promised), worked hard until it was done, and did the job quickly but with exceptionally high quality. I would recommend this crew to anyone looking for deck builders (or anything else they're willing to do). I told Nuno to let me know how I can help and where I can review his work, and I'm glad this opportunity came along. For real: LND is awesome. Would hire again.

Nuno was prompt, professional, FAST, and did a beautiful job helping us with a deck project that involved replacing our old rotten wood deck with TREX decking and a metal railing. I absolutely recommend him and his work to anyone looking for any kind of deck (or fence?) project!

Nuno built a deck for me and happily followed all my design instructions, including adding a floating bench, a built in planter along the stairs and a storage cabinet. He showed up when he said he would, worked hard, was honest and transparent with me and provided great value and excellent workmanship. I would definitely recommend him if you have any building projects that need doing.
