After determining my skill level, James recommended a DIY solution, which I greatly appreciated. The work to replace the parts was very easy, however it still did not solve the problem. As instructed, I called James back for suggestions. He proceeded to come over to my home, arriving in less than 15 minutes, whereupon he proceeded to troubleshoot the problem trying a couple of different approaches. Eventually he did solve the problem, and preventing me from having to go without any inconvenience to my situation. He was fast, friendly, knowledgeable and affordable. I will absolutely use him in the future, and recommend him to friends and family. Thank you!

James arrived on time and performed the job very well. He replaced substandard piping with new pex lines and suggested to move the brine tank into the garage, thereby saving me from carrying bags of salt to the basement. Good work and excellent price.
