ZERO STARS!!!! Quoted $20,000 to finish our basement. Paid him half to buy and order the materials and get started within 4 weeks. He took our $10,000 check, cashed it and we never saw him again! Called him, texted him, and he kept lying and making excuses. Then, he blocked our numbers and ghosted us! My husband went to his business address, it was his home, he was home. We asked for our money back asap. He agreed. He unblocked our number and kept in touch during that week stating an American Express cashiers check would arrive in 5-10 business days. Nothing! Then he blocked us again, then moved out his home, and changed his phone number! DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this company or this man! He is a fraud!

Poorly. Don did not stand by our agreement, went back on his word on a few things we agreed to and walked out on the job leaving it unfinished. Increased the price on the project twice said I misunderstood and would not provide me with an itemized agreement or invoice. I should have never had him start the project without a written agreement. He has no skills in texturing ceilings exploded and “f” off my family member when it was brought to Don’s attention how poorly the ceiling texture was done and cuts around the corners of the walls where he laid laminate. Don became extremely belligerent and confrontation told my family member to get the “f” out of my house. The project was costly, I made a big mistake paying him in full before he had completed the project because it was all down hill once he received his money. At that point, I had no leverage to get him to fix the flaws and finish the project. I checked his business website and he’s done this before. I do not recommend his guy. This guy had been taken to court for unethical business, it’s on the public records. I now have to get three quotes to have my ceiling redone and my unfinished stairs completed and the flaws fixed. BEWARE! He is not honest and lies about what he agrees to. A similar comment like mine was made on his business website. Date of project was in September-first week of October 2020.

Showed up every morning on time and was very respectful of our home. Kept us informed along the way. Finished the job when he said he would and it turned out better than I imagined. The price was very reasonable. I plan to have them come back to remodel my kitchen. I absolutely love their work and highly recommend this Company to everyone I know!!!
