Concrete Patios, Walks & Steps Installation
I hired Campos Concrete a couple of months ago and was very dissatisfied with the experience. While they provided a quick quote and started the job fast, the professionalism was severely lacking.
They told me they?d start on a Thursday but showed up unannounced on Tuesday and began work without notice. Communication was poor throughout, and despite repeated promises, they never returned to clean up leftover materials ? including wood supports, large piles of extra poured concrete, water pool, and trash. They also used my own tools without asking.
The quality of the work was also disappointing. They left the existing stairs in place and poured concrete around them without smoothing or finishing the area properly. Now, just a few months later, I?m already seeing cracks in the concrete. The final bill was $1,000 over the original quote due to factors they should have anticipated, like the concrete costs and the removal of thicker existing concrete I had clearly described in advance.
