The initial consultation was very pleasant and done well. The installation was done well and in a timely manner. They cleaned up afterwards and were extremely professional about the entire service. All things considered from start to finish, Working with American Exteriors was an amazing experience and the products I received along with the services rendered are an absolute 10 out of 10. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing exterior work on their home.

4 month delay followed by incorrect shipment of material, Salesman did not return call nor texts, multiple office coordination problems due to Salt Lake screw-ups. Installers (gutters by Emilio Munoz , all else by Robbie Hendrickson) were GREAT, PR Folks (Kathy in Denver, Christini in Witchita) were VERY concilitory, sympathetic, & helpful to get this on track.

The rep was informative and helpful and the installers were professional and amazing! Everyone was on time! The product was exactly what we ordered! The windows were ready sooner than the date we were given so that was a plus! They look so nice! We loved the whole process! The entire team was great to work with!

We love the windows. The installation was on time and done with professionalism, including clean up and checking up on how it went. Our sales representative was terrific. Very friendly and explained all about the windows clearly. Our overall experience was fantastic.

I have worked for and with contractors for over 40 years and I must say MIKE Child and his apprentice Seth were the most professional and courteous I've dealt with. They were up front with every aspect of what they were going to do. The job was done quickly and with covering everything that dust or debris could have gotten on to. They cleaned up everything inside and out and explained exactly how to use the American Exteriors Windows. Now their Windows are not the cheapest but I appreciate the quality of their product and wouldn't want anything less. From the salesperson, that came to my home, the person that came out to measure, before ordering my custom size, to the company rep that called to set up install date, to the installers that called to make sure everything was on time, I never once felt uncomfortable. I won't hire anyone else when I finish my addition.

They were fantatic. They were great. It's the quality of service that's a little bit of a gimmick. I found it to be a little less than professional. There were two guys. there was one guy that came out and took all of the measurements and then there were two guys that did all of the work. It took them about 6 hours to complete the work.

It was pretty good. I can't say they were excellent because they didn't finish the job. They finished it haphazardly. They did not bring the right size of screens for my front window, so the guy kind of made some with some extra screening he had out in his van. He said as soon as the ones that fit came in that he would come and replace them. He never did and I could never get a hold of him.
They didn't leave it totally undone so I can't say I was gipped or anything, because the guy did do his best. The main company didn't follow through on getting my screens the way they should have. When we had the windows finished I went with an independent company because I didn't trust them enough to do the work.
I had them come out and do three windows. My big window, the one that everybody on the road sees, and two west windows that the day time sun was giving us problems with. They had a good reputation for handling things like that. We have never had a problem, other than the finish job with them.
We found out later that we paid too much.
The workers were extremely good. They were an "A".

Excellent! Crew was professional and knowledgeable of my needs as a homeowner. And looking out for my best Intrest. IE; crew cut my carpet back a inch so there was no lip to my sliding glass door.

Back then it was excellent on time done in two days installing replacement windows in a 20-year-old house. I appreciate the lifetime free glass replacement for broken windows or lost seals.

It was a lot easier and smoother than I first anticipated the company really is great as far as their door to door and sales team their installation team is fantastic as well very very diligent on putting the windows in correctly and efficiently I will definitely be looking at going through this company again for future window upgrades and as far as the window goes I did not expect them to be this wonderful

The whole process was great. When adjustments needed to be made I was informed asap and asked what option I wanted to go with. Only took 2 weeks for my windows to be replaced and installed. Have had many high wind stones since and feel very safe. The first storm was 2 days after install, shook my whole house. I know if I didn't have the new windows a few of the old windows would have broken, for sure.

The service was very good and we were very pleased with the results. We have been very pleased with the quality of the product. It is their own double pane window which they manufacture somewhere in Colorado. The windows were delivered and installed on a timely basis, the clean up was very thorough, and they delivered on every expectation on every aspect. It went very smoothly. I felt we got a good deal.

This was a long time ago. They are expensive, very expensive for what you get and I had a couple of latches break. Other than that, they came out in a timely manner and put the windows in. The windows are all right but the latches that are on the windows are not very good. It took them less than a day to put them in. I was pretty unimpressed because I finished my basement after that and I was going to use these guys again but I did some additional research and I found a much better window, in my opinion, for, I could have replaced every window in this house for less than I paid for just the windows upstairs. So, their prices are, in my opinion are outlandish. And they pressure sell you when they come to the door which is probably, you know you get these elderly people that feel pressured when they answer the door. Not the best way to handle things. I've gotten more phone calls asking for referrals than them calling to see how the windows were and if there are any problems. They are more interested that I put a sign in my front yard or calling and giving referrals than asking if there are any problems with the windows.
