Tim and AllStar were professional, courteous, and very helpful when my family was in a bad situation. Because of an improper installation, my furnace had burned through the insulation within the firebox and had gotten so hot that the heating manifolds were cracked. Tim found me a solution that saved me money, gave me peace of mind, and assured me that I would have a system that will work for a couple of decades.
