I regret to express my dissatisfaction with the service provided by Towers Plumbing. After encountering an issue with toys lodged in my toilet, I sought their assistance. Regrettably, the resolution took an unexpected 1.44 hours, resulting in an invoice totaling $1200. This exorbitant charge left me profoundly disappointed, prompting me to caution others against engaging with such business practices. I believe it's imperative to share my experience to prevent others from enduring similar situations. I advise prospective clients to explore alternative plumbing services in their vicinity and obtain multiple bids before committing to any work. Following the service, I attempted to address my concerns directly with Towers Plumbing. Despite assurances from their representative that they would escalate the matter to the owner, I regrettably never received the promised callback. My sincere hope is that sharing my experience will help others evade the distressing sense of exploitation that my family and I encountered. Thank you for considering my feedback.

Tower plumbing came out within a few hours of my phone call. They were professional and very courteous. Randy explained what needed to be done and gave me a quote of $341. I had been quoted a price of $1300 from ESCO, another plumbing company, for the same job only hours before. Tower plumbing got the job done quickly and did not try to upsell me on any other products like the previous company had done. I would highly recommended them for your plumbing needs.

Well they looked at it as we had torn out the dry wall on the inside and they quoted $401.00 . It took about an hour to put in a plastic tube on the inside to connect to pipe and then replaced the outside tap and caulked it. Took about an hour. Maybe I have no idea but I thought the cost was excessive.

replacement went satisfactorily with the systems checked out functionally. everything worked well and any mess was cleaned up.

My 11 year old water heater quit. It would cost a lot to try to fix and a new water heater was recommended. It took about 3 hours for the two men to drain and remove the old and install the new. The price was in the middle of bids I received from other companies. I did negotiate a slightly lower price.

Obviously the water heater I needed was smaller not readily available unit. But Travis was able to make one of the newer standard models work with just very few tweaks. And it fit great. To get somebody out on a Sunday and 2 days before Christmas and my wait time was minimal. Got the job done same day and the price was reasonable. Actually saved me hundreds over anyone else. You guys rock. Thank you. Greatly appreciated!!!?

Randy S was amazing and fixed the problems right away. I was blown away with their prompt service and professionalism. Definitely recommend!

Treavor Mitchell was excellent. He was here at the appointed time and was very courteous and professional. The water heater is in the basement and he was careful when removing and replacing the water heater so as not to ding my walls especially going up and down the stairs. I am very pleased with his work and will definitely ask for him if I need any other plumbing needs.

Their first guy came out promptly and found the obstruction with the camera. Unfortunately the obstruction was too far down the pipe to reach with snakes (my house sits at the back of a deep lot) so they had to come back the next day with the big hydro truck. I was pleased that they were willing and able to throw the manpower on the project to get it done quickly and to do a good job of cleaning up after themselves.

Excellent. At first, when I found out I couldn't remedy the clogged sink with a bottle of $2.99 Drano, or a 20" snake, I did what I was good at...I panicked. I visualized spending thousands of dollars on replacing pipes, the basement floor, and waking up my cat. But I was rescued by the plumbers from Tower. The clog was worse than normal for these guys, and certainly a nightmare for me, but within 2 hours my house got a clean bill of health.

I got a call from Towers Murray Plumbing letting me know my plumber would be there in about a 1/2 hour. I really appreciated the heads-up.

I used them before, years ago.

Great. He had to cut through a very thick wall to get to back of the bathtub. Hole was cut very precisely. This guy really knew what he was doing!

I called Tower plumbing and used the 5% Angies list coupon. They were very responsive and sent a plumber the next day and did a fix and charged a reasonable price. I would definitely hire them again.

Fantastic- they picked up the dishwasher the same day at Lowes and installed it and fixed the toilet. the work was completed within a few hours of the call. Lowes had a weeks backlog. we were back in business within hours. the 2 men who did the work were courteous and knowledgeable. Highly recommend them

Tower Plumbing was on time, professional and reasonably priced. I would highly recoomend them.

Trevor and Andy were able to come out earlier than previously estimated (which was fantastic). They quickly fixed the problem and charged an extremely reasonable price for the job.
