I have a 3 bedroom rental unit that I updated. I had Surface Tech refinish the countertops 10 years ago and was going to remove and redo them this time. Unfortunately, the update ran way over budget and I needed custom countertops. So, I called Surface Tech back and they told me that they could indeed, refinish them again. They came out right away with a bid, and scheduled it within a week. The original refinish held up surprisingly well after 4 tenants and 10 years. The new refinish has a great texture and color and I am very happy with the results. If you are considering a more inexpensive update or have rental property to clean up, I wholeheartedly recommend them!
Description of Work: Resurfaced all countertops in a rental unit.
