Jed Larsen showed up for an appointment to provide an estimate on time and in a very timely manner. He indicated he could fix the rain gutter straps and provided a very reasonable offer that was accepted on the spot. Jed showed up to complete the work a little later than was originally planned, but he communicated that he would be late and provided the reason prior to the expected time. Upon arrival, Jed completed the work in applying the straps to the rain gutter. In addition, he indicated that the rain gutter was not installed with the correct slope to ensure that the water was running to the downspout. He corrected this issue for free and cleaned out the rain gutter in the process. We would definitely use Jed again for any future siding or rain gutter work in the future.
