 + -1 moreI worked as an Air Traffic Controller and developed an ear infection while still in that capacity. I went to see Dr. Meads who initially treated the infection. I continue to be impressed with his knowledge, dedication to service and attention to detail. I have had several opportunities to work out of state and have visited other ENT's, but none have compared to Dr. Meads. He's a great guy who does a great job. If I have any problems with my ear, nose or throat I won't be seeing anyone else besides Dr. Meads.

 + -1 moreThe appointment was taken with short notice (seen the same day). The office staff was friendly and helped me through the initial paperwork. The doctor was prompt and saw to my needs. His demeanor and bedside rapport was exceptional. In the end a diagnosis was rendered and prescription was written. I highly recommend this doctor.
Description of Work: My reason for visiting this doctor was to obtain a diagnosis and treatment for a sinus infection. The staff and physician were very professional and friendly.

 + -1 moreThe wait was exasperating but I got some questions answered and am feeling better. They really need to fix the wait time, however.
Description of Work: Ear pain, etc. I had an early morning appoint and still waited 45 minutes to see the PA. I don't think this type of service is acceptable. Appointments need to be given more time to accommodate patients then doctors and patients would be seen on time. A patient's time is as valuable as a doctor's or PA's. I ended up being three hours late for work which included a 20 minute commute. When I did see the PA it was a pleasant experience. One of the front office staff who "seemed to know everything" was very ornery and seemed to be offense to the others and it felt tense. Thankfully I am feeling better and have another appoint - hopefully I won't wait 45 minutes! I continue to go here because it was where I went previously and it 's close to my residence.
