This is an ongoing problem that we have been dealing with since the spring of 2006. In an area with only 6 months max of use time, it is inexcusable to wait 2 weeks for a service call.

Had them sew four tabs with brass grommets on my in ground spa cover. They supplied me with four brass anchors, which I set in the concrete around my spa. They are the only company with a good solution for locking the cover on an inground spa.
