On the design side they are very good - easy to work with and very experienced. Lots of options!
As far as scheduling, they are very professional. They come when they say they will and will be done when they say they will.
We had a few issues, some of which were not noticed right away, and they were very responsive, well after the job was finished.
My only beef is that they are pricey - I am aware that custom cabinetry is expensive, but they are WAY pricey. I think you could do as good with another company for less money, though you might have to manage the process, be more proactive, and stay on top of them. If you want a guaranteed great final product, and money is not a big issue, go with these guys. If money is an issue, there are many alternatives, although an amazing end product may not be guaranteed,
I do love our cabinets - The mechanics are perfect and the finishes are amazing. They will last forever.

Every person we have had contact with at Peppertree has been excellent. Their designer worked well with us, providing good ideas and responding to our wants. The cabinet construction is top notch. Their installers were careful and considerate in our house and did excellent work. Touch ups and correction of some minor glitches was done promptly and without questions.

I was very impressed and very satisfied with the beautiful quality of this company's work. The men that came to install everything were very professional and really knew what they had to do. The price was very good and I would recommend them without hesitation.
