Mountain Crest Cabinet

We had Russ as our sales contact.  He was fantastic.  With the onset of so many new homes and remodels happening this spring, the cabinet shop was very busy when we entered into a contract with them.  We had a tight deadline for install and he was only a few days off of the originally promised install.   The cabinets are beautiful (we went with shaker style, natural cherry) and the quality is great.  The installer Russ sent was very knowledgeable and did a great job.  There were a couple of hick ups, microwave opening too large, knobs drilled into the wrong place (Russ promptly remade these), etc....  I'm not sure if any kitchen goes in perfect.  It was after the install that we were most impressed with Mountain Crest.  Russ had anything that wasn't correct fixed with no problems, and considering how many details there are in a kitchen, there really weren't that many errors.  The customer service was fantastic.  I have heard of many people getting their kitchen and then not ever being able to have those little annoyances fixed.  We would recommend this cabinet maker and use them again if we have the need.
