I am so glad to have a company I trust. I will always call Kevin Darby to help with any sprinkler, plumbing, heating, or water issues. Kevin and everyone in the company is always polite, they come one time, and they know what they are doing. I would recommend (and I have recommended) this company many times and everyone who has worked with them has been very pleased with the work.

It went well. Now I do not have to worry about heating problems this winter as well as sprinklers going on during the winter. Kevin is a real problem solver when it comes to heating and plumbing issues.

We've used John Bess  Plumbing (which was taken over by Kevin Darby, a former partner of John's) for literally, the past 25 years.  We live in an historic (hysteric) victorian home and have only received excellent, timely service.  Strongly recommend using this locally owned business.

Project went smoothly and on time

My homeowners insurance paid for the service. Everyone was professional, thorough, and cleaned up well. However, my lawn was not the same because he dug up my yard in January. I am planning to use his services again soon.

I trust him. He does good work and I trust his prices. My sister has gone to him and everything has always been good. I don't know the price yet but I imagine it will be good. He delayed one week but it was somebody else. Whenever he has come, he has been right on time.

We've used them actually for a long time. They don't charge too much and they seem very competent. Their demeanor was very good.

The plumber was professional, on time, thorough, and service was reasonably priced.

He is excellent. His wife handles all the calls and he has a couple of plumbers who work for him. He is very honest and very good.
