As part of another contract, the three-man crew replaced a 20-foot section of gutter high above the ground that had been blown down in a strong thunderstorm. This contract also included the repair of a soffit on a different corner of the house.
While the crew was here, we found another two sections of rain gutter that needed replacement. We agreed to the price of $175 for this additional work, which involved correcting the drainage and making a watertight joint in a corner. When this work was done, the crew noticed another gutter problem we had not seen in a high section of the roof. They corrected this problem at no additional charge.
The skilled crew worked efficiently and were very pleasant to work with.
