I had a roof leak after 2years, they fixed the leak, but damage inside my house they have ignored. They have promised me, after many phone calls, that they would send someone out. Everything went great. The time between ordering and completion wasn't too long and they did the whole job in just one day. Workers were pleasant and respectful. I was impressed on how well they cleaned up as well. The owner himself did the initial inspection and measuring and his knowledge was helpful to me as well. I'd hire them again easily.

Salesman and quote were professional and competitive, customer service scheduled the job, I knew what and when to expect everything. What a crook. Jacked the price up 30%after the job was done. The crew broke a window, knocked a brick off our chimney, and fried one of our outlets. They wouldn't fix the window until after we paid. They never even addressed the broken chimney or the fried outlet. They left shingle pieces all over our and the neighbors yards. And now 3 years later the roof has started leaking and the shingles (that have a 50 yr guarantee) look 50 years old.

We had IWC replace our old roof and they did a fantastic job. They arrived about 7:00 am and by 4:30 the installation was completed with the cleanup done by 5:00. So far, we have only found 1 staple that was missed in the cleanup and it's been nearly 6 days. They were professional, fast, courteous and responded quickly to our questions prior to the installation. We highly recommend this company.

Estimates were done professionally. scheduling was easy and crew showed up on time. They finished with a good cleanup and left the house looking great in 1 day.

May I take a moment and share my experience with the services rendered by Intermountain West Contractors. I needed a partial roof overlay and nobody else wanted to handle the job. I received a commitment from one gentleman and it was over a year when I gave up on him. He was the lowest bid by far, when compared with other companies, so I held on with high hopes, he would come through. I contacted John Carlson, at IWC, and he said there should be no problem with my job requirements. When John came out to give me an estimate, I fully expected a bid similar to the rest of the companies. Low and behold, he was less that the bid I was holding on to for the past year. In fact, he was $300 less. At that time, I would have paid much more, just to get the job done. What an amazing surprise. I was told 4-6 weeks. I was called and told I would be scheduled in the 5th week. I was to share a day with another customer. I didn’t think the job could be done in the time allotted. They called back and asked if they could do my job first. 6:30 – 7:00am was the start time. The day before, all the shingles were delivered. It was amazing just to watch the coordination of the three gentlemen. At 6:30 the next morning, the crew showed up… They waited till everyone was present and then the magic began. It was a machine that executed with exactness. TWO hours later, the job was FINISHED. Everyone else told me it would take most of the day, and possible coming back the next to finish up. A couple days later, an inspector from IWC came to examine the roof and make sure I was satisfied, and there were no questions. Amazing! IWC is now my “go to” for all my roofing needs.

Hands down the greatest experience I have had from a building contractor. From bid to final completion the level of service and communication exceeded all expectation. If you are in need of a new roof, make sure you hire these guys. Fair, honest, fast. Would hire again or recommend without hesitation.

Brilliant company to work with. Quote was extremely competitive and timescales worked for us. When the day came, the crew were done in ONE day. Excellent attention to detail and craftwork and a respectful crew that cleaned up really well at the end of the day. I would hire again without hesitation. Quality of materials used is also first rate and the communications ahead of, during, and after completion is spot on.

I give Intermountain West Contractors (IWC) the highest possible recommendation for four reasons. A) the quality of the work is exemplary. I received pictures of the roof of before, during and after the roofing, including spots in need of specific repair. B) IWC’s follow-up and communication was commendable. I was given a schedule of what would happen and when; it was followed completely. I also had a few minor issues particular to our roof. ICW coordinated and scheduled the work with other contractors for the items they couldn’t take care of. C) The clean-up was remarkable! D) The price was very reasonable and the value of the IWC work was well worth the investment.

We are very please with our new roof. It looks great. IWC was excellent to work with and very professional. They arrived early in the morning and were all finished and cleaned up by 3:00 pm. We would recommend this company to everyone.

This is not your typical roofing company. I know because as a real estate professional I have worked with many roofing companies. Most people just pick their roofers based on who has the cheapest price. I have seen people do that over and over again. Price definitely is a component to choosing a roofer, but it is not everything. IWC not only has great prices but their expertise and professionalism are unmatched. We recently hired IWC to put on a new roof for a very particular customer. We were in the middle of a house sale and the buyer was high maintenance to say the least. IWC not only went above and beyond with their customer service to both the buyer and the seller handling their multiple calls, emails, and text messages, but they even took pictures during the roofing process to eliminate anxieties. They also answered every single call, every single email, and every text with real answers. I have never seen a company handle a difficult situation like this with such calm, reassurance and delicacy. Not to mention we got an awesome 50 year warranty roof! Wow! IWC will forever be my go to roofing company!

This was an entirely painless, professional experience. The sales staff explained everything up front as to what to expect, what I needed to prepare for and, the entire process so I knew what to expect on installation day. The crew that came onsite was very diligent in cleaning up after the install which was no doubt difficult as it was Very windy the day of install. I happened to look out a bedroom window and saw an installer on a ladder removing shingle material out of a tree outside my window. VERY thorough! My sister had used my Angie's List account to research to have her roof replaced and, she was 100% satisfied and recommended them as well. I would highly recommend using IWC for roof replacement and, if I ever have need for roof work in the future, I would use them without question. And, the Angie's List $1250 discount was very nice! These guys are AWESOME!!! From the minute we called and requested a quote, they were responsive and communicated with us every step of the way. We had three different companies come to give us a bid. IWC was the most detailed and professional bid AND came in much lower than the others. They scheduled our job quickly since we had the beginning of an active leak. They came at 8:00 a.m. the day of our appointment, removed the old shingles, completed the new roof, cleaned our gutters, and had everything completely cleaned up by 2:00 the same day. It was amazing! They sent us pictures throughout the process and came out and did a final inspection a few days later. Everything was easy and so well done. We would recommend them and would have them here again for our next project.

We had an excellent experience with IWC from the bid to the completion of the job. I selected three roofing companies from Angie's list to come out and give me bids. Two of the bids came in as expected. I think all the contractors would have done an excellent job, however, IWC came in about $3k less for the same materials and services. Because the reviews for IWC indicated that they did a great job, we decided to give them the job. We met with Nick, who gave us the confidence to go with IWC. He was able to get our roof done sooner than expected because of a cancellation. He got right on it scheduling the delivery of the dumpster and materials so that the job went smoothly and as planned. The crew was excellent and efficient. The job was promised to be completed in a day and they did. I was especially impressed with how they sent me pictures throughout the day of each phase of the job and how they left the job site cleaner than expected. They use top of the line products and a lifetime warranty that gives me peace of mind for a long time. I highly recommend this company for any roofing needs.
