Technician was very punctual and polite and friendly.
He responded to our need with less than 1 day of notice and arrived exactly on time.
Best of all he was extremely thorough.
He tested everything: the pressure, the controller, the compressor, the capacitor.
He worked without pause the entire time (more than one hour).
He stated the results very factually. No speculation, no promotion, just the facts.
This was refreshing given our previous bad experience with Affordable Heating and Air.
The Hyland Heating person definitely knew what to do and performed the tests knowledgeably and thoroughly.
We will definitely use this company in the future
