My furnace was making a noise. It was still under the warranty. The tech was at our house for less than 30 min. They charged me $340 for labor to fix the issue. This is clearly price gouging. I called the office to question the charge and the person I spoke to said it was their standard rate.

Jared, the service tech, came out to see why our gas furnace would not light. He found a problem in the control board and tried to make it work by securing all connections, cleaning the furnace, and rewiring our thermostat. After these fixes didn't work, he was resigned to replacing the Ignition Control Module. The price was fair and he had the part in his van, which was a surprise, considering our furnace is a 1990 model.
Jared represented Hansen very well. He is very professional, helpful and insightful. He took the time to explain what he was doing and why.
I will definitely call Hansen HVAC when I need work done again!
