Green Solutions Cleaning

I had dryer vent cleaning and air duct cleaning at a home, I had just purchased. Did an excellent job. I also had carpets cleaned at a home I was vacating, again I was most pleased. I have recommended this company to friends and relatives, who have also used Wade and were also quite happy.

The cleaning was fine, but the worker was very rude to me and the worker that came with him. This was a Groupon that my daughter purchased for me. He got very rude with me when I asked him to clean stairwell. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Had work scheduled a week earlier but they were not able to make it due to work load.  Rescheduled to the following week at a time between 8-12 noon with the expectation they they would be there earlier in the morning.  They arrived at 12:20pm.  I purchased a $75. coupon for services for duct cleaning.  They indicated that I had more vents than what was listed on the coupon so they had to up-charge me another $70 to do all the vents.  They also indicated that they recommend that we need to disinfect and sterilize the vents so that would cost another 35 dollars.  I told the contact person that I was expecting the work to be done in it's entirety with the original price of $75.  I was very disappointed with the up-charging fees, as I felt, the cost should be inclusive without all the hidden charges.  
I asked him if he would do to his home what he was recommending to me and he said oh yes, if this was my home, I would do all of it.  I agreed to follow his recommendation.  
When I arrived home, I checked the vents, and it still looked dusty.  None of the vents covers were cleaned.  The work quality is very poor and I would not recommend this company to anyone.  I don't believe with that kind of service they will be in business much longer doing this type of duct service and cleaning.  Warning: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR DUCT CLEANING SERVICES!!!
