I worked closely with Lucy, the owner, who helped me choose this beautiful countertop and decide on the edges. The installers on our job were very professional, timely and careful. I am so happy with our bathroom and kitchen. It turned out better than I could have even imagined. I would highly recommend this company.

These guys are the best! ALWAYS on time and super-professional from beginning to end. Lucy and Henry and the rest of the crew were top-notch!

Kitchen went in perfectly they were quick and excellent workmanship. Bathrooms went well we had to wait a little because there schedule was busy. We did a long counter ( 2 sinks) it split in half and broke as getting ready to bring in house. They actually went and cut another top and installed later that day. Awesome.

After searching for just the right company, we selected Henry and his team from Elegant Universal Stone to install granite countertops in our large kitchen, our computer/library nook and our main bath. The transformation was breathtaking and we could not be happier! The quality of the material, as well as the work was first class and the price very reasonable. In addition, the customer service was among the best we have ever encountered. Our thanks to Henry and his team... highly, highly recommended!

They did great work. I had them take out the old ones and install the new ones, along with the sink. Great job and looks beautiful!! The only complaint I had was I made appointments for both the measure and install and yet they came early for the measure and I wasn’t home. They did arrange to come back but there was no delay. The appointment on the install was 8am and I finally called and they let me know they wouldn’t be there until 3pm. It was still done right I just wish there was better communication.

The staff at Elegant Universal Stone (EUS) were fantastic to work with. I had to reschedule my job 3 times due to my cabinets not being ready and EUS were very understanding and flexible. When they came they did a perfect job and cleaned up so well I didn't have dust everywhere like I had anticipated. EUS were professional and very cost reasonable. I would highly recommend them!

They arrived on time, worked efficiently, cleaned up properly and answered all my questions. I am very happy with their work and the look of my kitchen. They carefully explained all the costs and helped me make the right choices for my remodel. Lucy was especially patient and helpful while I spent extra time deciding on the granite slabs that I wanted to use. The look of my island was especially important and they allowed me to designate the part of the slab that I wanted to use for the island. Working with Elegant Universal Stone was a great experience and I am happy to recommend them to anyone.

I did my home remodel in 2 phases.  The first phase was not quite a disaster, but close.  Generally speaking, there are a lot of contractors out there who don't have the slightest idea what they are doing.  Honestly, it is difficult to find a contractor with any integrity at all (from my personal experience) I found Elegant Universal Stone on Angie's list.  When I did my kitchen in phase 1, I used a different granite company, their prices were great, but their ability to communicated and to be on time was horrible.  When I went to Angie's list to find someone who I could trust I had already been burned previously, so I was skeptical at best.  But for $10 I thought that I would try Angie's List.  I called several granite companies and kind of felt like I was getting the same crap that I got on Phase 1.  No one would give me any kind of an estimate without coming out to measure for themselves (I'm not an idiot, I can measure a rectangular 84" X 22" granite slab.  Obviously not for the install, but all that I needed was a ball park number so that I could budget for phase 2.  Elegant Universal Stone gave me an estimate over the phone and although they were not the cheapest, they were competent on every level.  They even laid down a tarp where ever they walked in my house while they were working.  Some of the other companies just walked in, made a mess and then left, leaving us a ton of clean up.  I can confidently recommend Elegant Universal Stone for any of your counter top needs

Did an excellent job on everything, including the excellent mitered edge.  I
give them my highest recommendation and would refer them to anyone considering countertops.  The very good news is that their price was at least 40% below the two highest bidders  (both of which had to pay sales people).
They were not the low bid but they were very reasonable and close to the lowest bid.
