Exterior Painting
The workers were very nice, however their work was not satisfactory. They did not prep properly, they rushed through the work and were extremely unorganized from day one. After the project began they took a breif vacation, before they left for said vacation they asked for a $1500 advance for additional materials, we paid this amount. While they were on vacation we decided we did not want them to complete the project due to the quality of the work being done. I contacted Mr. Helquist afterward to request a refund of the advance that we had paid, he informed me that he felt the work that was completed, along with the supplies used, justified not refunding anything.

"After starting I was was warned by a very good previous Painting Contractor that 6 months prior, they to had been fired !! We did your best but they were impossible to work with or please ! We started business in 1994. We just signed up on Angie's list and hit a bad apple ! We will be having a lot of good reverences in the future ! Thanks ( Alex ) 801-860-7820"

Interior Painting
Craftsman Painting painted a room and a hallway in my home. They were prompt and got the job done. They did not help me in the selection of paint. I don't think that they were very neat. They put up tape but still got paint on things.
