We found the perfect fireplace tile at Bowcutts after looking everywhere. (porcelain tile looking like stacked rock). We decided to buy carpet here because of good reviews. The carpet is soft and beautiful. The installer, Homer, was a nice guy and did a perfect job everywhere. We bought our bathroom vinyl tile also and they have a huge selection and great quality. We were very happy with Bowcutts.

Very responsive and did a good job.  Initially forgot to haul away the old carpet but fixed the issue immediately when we called about it.

The work was done on time and looks very nice, BUT the provider cut the strip between the new floor and existing floor in the entry one inch too short.  He ordered another strip and promised to replace it right away.  Not a peep.  I waited 8 MONTHS and started calling the company.  After two calls I even sent a picture.  It has been more than 10 MONTHS and the strip has not been replaced.  I have talked with the owner/manager who said it would be taken care of immediately.  I am very disappointed with this company and would not recommend them to anyone.

They did an excellent job and the carpet fit perfectly and we are very happy with it.  And we feel it was a very reasonable price.  There was only one thing that made the experience less than perfect and that was the following.  We had brought in the carpet and a written drawing with specific measurements for cutting.  Time went by we didn't hear from them.  Finally we called to find out if it was finished and then they told us we needed to make a template.  And actually the making of the template was a very good thing to do because we had to make changes to it here and there to make it fit well into the space.  So we were glad they insisted on a template.  But we do think they should have called us right away to tell us that when they determined that they couldn't do it from the drawing.  An extra week or two went by.  But we are very pleased with the job they did.

I had mixed results from there. The work was done in two different segments. They mis-estimated the wood so they sold me a considerable amount of wood more than I needed. Rather than taking it back they made me a deal on the stairwell. They did a very nice job and were very good with some design ideas such as tiling the bathroom and putting wood trim around it. It came out gorgeous. It was the same think in the kitchen where we put granite  in and then put wood around it and it came out gorgeous. They guy who installed the wood floor was named Angel and he did a beautiful job. He put it on an angled cut when I had originally had contracted for a straight cut, but he was right because it looks beautiful. They did a really nice job. It was supposed to take a week but it stretched into about three weeks. Then the same thing happened on the stairwell. I had arranged for time off  and it was very inconvenient with workers in the house and trying to be here and everything else so the timing was very bad. They were supposed to show up for work at eight and they normally showed up between eleven and two in the afternoon and then would work into the night so that was rather inconvenient. On the billing there were too many add-ons. I thought we had a price and then I ended up spending more than I thought was right, but I paid it anyway after the work was done. The work was phenomenal and the floor is absolutely gorgeous. I had a problem with some of the tile in the bathroom and they came and fixed it.

Nate Bowcutt came to give me an estimate.  I picked out my carpet and tile from his store.  Whitney helped me at the store.  She was very helpful and patient while I made my choices.  Whitney also worked some kind of magic to schedule my work very quickly which I then had to postpone because my other help flaked out.  I truly appreciated Whitney's efforts!
When it was finally time to have the work done, there was a glitch in communication between the folks at the store.  Nate got on the phone immediately and worked everything out to my satisfaction.  The work was done over two days, but only a few hours and I'm very pleased with the results.  All workers were polite and professional.

The owner Jay Bowcutt is a true quality person. He stands by his word and reputation.
Ember Pearson assisted me in trying to find just the perfect fit for what I needed. She made a special trip out to my home to get a better idea of what my home looked like so she could help me with more suggestions. She brought with her carpet samples and tile so as to help move the process along better.
Marshall and Dustin Bowcutt installed the flooring and it was perfect. He suggested and did some minor upgrades to my existing cabinetry that changed the whole look of the kitchen. They also did a beautiful subway tile style travertine back splash with some customer stone trim. 
I've used Bowcutt's before at my place of business and they were amazing. Again they exceeded my expectation in both quality and price. I will use them again and again.

The company promptly came to our home to do the carpet measurements.  The following week, the carpet was installed in our mud room and cellar stairs.  The carpet is a good value and looks great.  We just have one complaint regarding the installation of one corner of one step.

I was referred to Bowcutt by my homeowner's insurance company following a water loss that damaged my hardwood floor. They were very professional and the contractors that completed the refinishing work did an excellent job. I was very pleased with the results and would certainly use them again.

The order for the volume we needed was prompt and delivered on time. The installer communicated with us well and he did the tear up and install in the time frame we needed in order to not disrupt our class schedules. They did an exceptional job, took away our tear up, and cleaned up the facility. Dustin was excellent was to work with.

They offered the best price for the quliaty and were available to do the job quite quickly.  Everyone was reliable, timely and professional - the sales person (Kimmy), the estimator, and the carpet layers.

We had to change plans a little due to a snowstorm during the installation. Carpet and pad had to be cut in the garage instead of outside. They swept up after they were done.

We really liked how the prices were posted for each kind of carpet in the showroom.  The employees were helpful and informative, but not at all pushy for us to pick a more expensive option.  The men who came in to install the carpet were very fast and professional.

We worked with Nate and Kimmy.  They were great about ordering larger samples for us so we could make the best choice. Initially, they were not the best price that we had been quoted.  However, I let them know what the other company quoted us and they matched it.  Homer and Alex did the install, and were polite and did a good job.  I marked them down a little as they were very late getting started with no phone call.  They were supposed to be there at 9:30 am, but they didn't arrive until after 10:30.  However, what we were told would be about a 4 hour job was done in just over 2 hours.   Homer and Alex also helped us measure/figure out another tricky scenario we were struggling with.  We will have them back when we are ready to do that other area.

Great work.  I have used this company for years to put in new carpet and flooring in my duplexes.  They are a family business and are pleaseant and professional to work with.

I really liked them.  They were great.  The installer, he is just great.  He does a superb job.  I am satisfied with the finished product.  The price is fair.

I have used them several times over the last year. They really made an effort to be really good. I think their price is fair. I will use this company in the future.

Exactly as planned, no surprises with appearance, installation or price.

I checked around first, and they were reasonably priced. I didn't realize I was charged for the padding. They lived up to their estimate.

We have had the tech from American Carpets out to our house three different times. I like the way that he does his work. He is very reliable and friendly. I would recommend them for carpet.
