He was clean, did his job, stayed on the job and did not make a mess. He also helped me with the power and gas company rebate forms and guaranteed what the rebate would be "in writing" or he would refund the difference. He did not need to refund the difference and my parent's did get both refunds from the utility companies.
Ok, here's the kicker. In the summer my wife and I noticed our AC was not cooling the house so I called Dustin. He came by and discovered that my blower on my furnace was wired incorrectly by another company that installed the unit. Dustin made the correction and my house on the 2nd level felt much better. I think he charged me $75 AND it was worth it.
I don't think you could go wrong giving Boulard a try or at least ask them for a bid. He may not be the cheapest but he earns what he's worth. You do get what you pay for in terms of quality and service.
