Bedrock is a nightmare. They ruined our countertops during install and have yet to address it. Their customer service is nonexistent and very unprofessional.

After the installation, I looked at the seam and was surprised that the two slabs were quite different in color. The contrast left an ugly stripe next to our kitchen sink. Quartz slabs are a manmade product so the color should match, or at least the guys cutting the counters in the warehouse should have verified that they picked two slabs that match. When I asked company owner Steve Jorgensen why the two slabs were approved to leave the warehouse for installation, he retorted that their lighting must be different than mine. Wow. Steve Jorgensen made the situation much worse by waiting an entire week to offer any solution to the mismatched counter slabs; this delay meant that we were without kitchen water for an ENTIRE EXTRA WEEK. I will never deal with Bedrock Quartz again because Steve Jorgensen lacks quality controls in his business, he didn’t address the problem in a timely manner, he was disrespectful to me, and he maintained an arrogant and unapologetic attitude.

Do NOT work with Carly! I was told by a few people that Bedrock is more expensive but did the best job. I was willing to pay more money, for better product and service. I went to the showroom on 5996 W. Dannon Way in West Jordan and I was introduced to Carly. We talked about what I wanted in my remodel of my kitchen counters, back splash, sinks. Carly even came to the house and we spoke again about what I clearly wanted. Then I received my Invoice with "clear" descriptions on it of what I was purchasing. On December 28, 2015 the installers came to my home and installed the granite and did the removal of my old back splash asking me who was going to do the tile back splash. I told them, I thought they were doing everything.

They told me, "call my Sales person" whom was Carly.
I called and left a bunch of messages stating, "nobody knew who was installing the tile".
I finally received a phone call from Carly stated, "that she NEVER should have written 'tile back splash' on my invoice."
It clearly says, "tile back splash on range".
Carly said, "it wasn't part of the job and now she was going to have to charge me $400 more because they took out my old tile."
I explained to her, "that was ALWAYS the plan to have that done."
I was then told, "she would have to talk to her supervisor and she would call me the next day."

The job was done for the day and I had new Granite counter tops even though they did miss a section that they missed in the measuring process. I had a new sink but, they installed my old faucet and waste flange and walls had holes all over my kitchen. After spending $6920.23 I was sick to my stomach. After many, many, many phone calls and emails and being told by Carly that she was too busy for me that she had other clients to deal with. She offered for me to pay 1/2 of the bill for the tile and she would pay 1/2, even though it is on my signed invoice that I was to receive tile back splash. After not hearing anything for 5 days I wrote an email saying if I didn't hear anything back by 5 pm the next business day that I was going to hire someone to finish my tile. That next business day I received a phone call at 4:52 pm by a manager Darin Clark, whom was very helpful in getting this matter taken care of. Also, the receptionist Jackie was more than nice and helpful. I think that the product, installers, management, receptionist deserve 5 stars but, because I received the worst customer service I have EVER had by your employee Carly. Don't trust Carly!
They also broke my case around my shutters in my kitchen window due to the rock install. I just barley got the new case installed and I was out another $300.

The sales people and the people that were sent out to measure for the new counter-top could not have been better.  They were responsive to all questions and very helpful in making our decision.
The installation team arrived on time and started the tear out of the old counter-top as contracted.  The counter-top was quite long and they tried to cut it into pieces with a wood chisel, they had no power tools.  They tried to remove too large a section and while they were removing it they allowed the staples in the piece being removed to scratch the wall behind the counter-top.  This left 16 scratches, ranging from 3 to 15 inches long.  They left similar scratches on an end piece, this time must 5 scratches.  They poked a hole in the sheet rock about 3 inches around and they scuffed the paint and sheet-rock paper in two other places.
I provided pictures of the damage to the person who sold the product and she came to the home to verify the damages.  She contacted me and offered me some money to pay for the damages.  Later she called back and told me that her management had decided the cost to repair was too high and reduced the offer to one half the original.
I found a sheet-rock repair person on Angie's list and he did a great job on the repair.  The cost was almost double what Bedrock Quartz originally offered for the repair and about 4 times what they finally agreed to pay for the damage.
I feel the installation crew was untrained in removing old counter-top and not at all equipped with the right tools to remove Formica counter-top.  I feel that the problem lies primarily with management.
The new counter-top is beautiful and they did a good job of installation, with only a couple of small problems that they resolved.
I could recommend Bedrock Quartz for a new installation, but don't use them to remove an already installed counter-top.

The process was a little rocky from the start. The sales rep Dave Donaldson said he would get back with a quote and never returned the call. Called again a week later, and he then delivered a quote. Once we decided on what we wanted, the quote took about 5 revisions to get it right. I had to continuously tell Dave that something was wrong and he kept on getting it wrong.
He told me that they would do the template by a certain day and then said he couldn't. I told him that I might go somewhere else then because I needed it done soon. He called and got someone to come out on that certain day.
I was told that I could look at a computer model before they cut. I hadn't heard from Dave, so I emailed and called him a few times to let him know I want to see it before they cut. No answer. A few days later I called and left a message again. I got an email shortly thereafter that showed the computer model and said they were cutting in an hour and hopefully everything looked good. I had no time to look to make sure everything was how I wanted it.
The installation guys were great and did a great job. But the way Bedrock cut the granite was wrong. They were supposed to cut to allow a cutting board to rest on the sink. They did not account for it. Also, one of the pieces was curved, when it should have been straight.
I called and Dave said that they should have caught the cutting board but didn't know what happened. They send someone out to straighten the edge. It's straighter...but not completely straight.
I tried to get this resolved but they just made excuses for themselves. They said that some internal miscommunication process didn't allow them to incorporate the needed accommodations for the cutting board. But they did nothing to right this wrong. I told them I would like to have them cut a new piece to how we agreed initially. The manager Darren researched the cutting board from the manufacturer and made up some technicality and stated that it was the wrong board anyway so they feel confident that they did everything they could.
I told them that I double checked with the manager of the store and they confirmed is was the right one for the sink I got.
I feel that their customer service is very poor. The only reason I went with Bedrock is because I wanted this done right, because it is a big expense. I wish I would have gone with an independent contractor like I was thinking about. Bedrock is not worth the extra money. They seem to only care about the money they make and pumping out jobs, instead of making it a great experience and product for the customer.
I was truly disappointed.

Working with Bedrock Quartz was great. We heard their advertisement on the radio for a and quot;packageand quot; that included new counter tops, undermount sink, new faucet, back splash, tear out and installation for $3499. That was the primary reason we wanted to check them out. We went out to their store and were impressed with the stock of granite they had. Their show room had several kitchens so you could see how they did their work. Also, the area they display the granite and laser the granite was large but clean. We were impressed that there wasn't the dust on surfaces one would expect with cutting stone. Once we identified the piece of granite we wanted, Dave Donaldson came out to calculate the square footage we had. We did not find out until we were looking at the slabs that the and quot;packageand quot; advertised was for 55 sf. Once Dave came out, we learned that we had more than 55 sf. Although the price would exceed the $3499 price, we decided to go forward and have them put in the new counters. We initially chose a piece of granite that exceeded the package price. We also decided to and quot;up gradeand quot; some of our choices. On the day for the tear out, the guys arrived and went right to work. They had a tough time getting the tiles off the wall but didn't have any problem getting the old counters out. We were impressed at how they worked and seemed to take special effort to ensure that the counters were level. The plumber had been out to disconnect the sink and dishwasher (also covered in the total price). Everything went smoothly.
We did have to wait to have the back splash templated because we needed to have the new microwave installed. Once the microwave had been installed the back splash was templated. Because the tear out occurred on one day and they cut the granite the following day then installed it the third day, that was what we were expecting with the back splash. Once the template had been completed the back splash didn't get installed until later in the week. It wasn't a big deal, but we did have to go without having water or the ability to cook until the back splash was installed.
Overall, we are ecstatic over the look of the kitchen. We ended up deciding to up grade the sink to a stainless steel farmers sink. We were initially told that we would have to choose a different sink because the faucet would not fit (we also had them install a granite window ledge). In the process of trying to find another sink, I did ask why the faucet could not be placed on the upper corner of the sink. Apparently they had not had that request before, but the staff who laser the stone said it would work so we were able to keep the sink we wanted. Can I say--I LOVE my sink and are very happy that they were willing to consider doing something a little different! We upgraded the faucet as well. The only problem with it is that the spray hose could have been a couple of inches longer, but I really like it, as well.
There was only one thing that remained undone, from our point of view. Once the back splash was installed, the installers left all the electric plugs unfinished so we either had to pay someone to come out and do the work or we would have to do it ourselves. They knew it would be impossible for my husband, who is in a chair, to do the work. It would have been great if they would have put the electrical outlets back in place with the covers installed. I ended up doing it, but with my non-existent electrical skills, I was really nervous having to reposition the outlet into the boxes and feared touching live wires. Fortunately, there were no problems with me getting this done. The kitchen now looks complete and gorgeous.
We would recommend Bedrock Quartz to anyone considering remodeling a space in their home. We want to eventually have granite counter tops put in our bathrooms and will definitely go back to Bedrock when we are ready for this project.

We were very impressed with the technology this company uses. They took us back to their workshop and showed us first hand how they operate. Once my hubby saw that, he was so impressed, that he didn't want to look for a fabricator any more. It is really great how they take a picture of your granite and can manipulate the image so that they can implement the best possible layout and share this with you for approval - very cool! We did have a few issues. We weren't impressed with our salesman. Our initial interaction was very positive, but that salesman ended up being for commercial sales and turned us over to a different guy - Dave. Dave was difficult to communicate with. He was unable to answer simple questions in a way that was understandable to us - the consumer. Also, we had told the first salesman we spoke to that we wanted the guaranteed 15 year sealer. That never happened. Apparently that information was not passed along to the new salesman. They said they could still do it - but the cost they were charging was outrageous compared to what we'd heard elsewhere. We also had asked for any unused granite to be returned to us (after all, we'd paid for it!). They told us that every last piece was used, that our kitchen was the most efficient use of granite they'd ever done. I still feel like there should have been at least the cut out for the sink, but was told no. Overall, it's absolutely beautiful and we are very happy with the look.

I was very pleased with their workmanship. The guy who gave me a quote was not prompt. I had to call him a lot to get him to give me the bid and to respond. Overall I had a good experience.

Very badly, we were lied to about the installation and now I'm paying for it. They promised the stone would be cut at the warehouse but it was not. It was cut in my house and I can't get rid of the dust.

They were the best that we have used so far. They were very responsible. They came when they said they would and they did a very beautiful job.
