Overall, we had a good experience with this title company. The biggest problem we had was when it came to recording the documents. Someone at the title company didn't record the funding of our mortgage on time for the weekend. We were all packed up and ready to move into our house, but we couldn't because it hadn't funded. I would give them a B for responsiveness because of that. In every other area they were courteous and respectful. They really helped us get our mortgage closed. We also understand that there are always a lot of things that keep a mortgage from closing smoothly, so we can't entirely blame the title company.
