She was limping and would put weight on her leg. They did blood work, x rays and an exam. They lets know she has arthritis due to her age, but her blood work looks great. They gave me two prescriptions for her and said to call back if they didn't work. I have gone to them for over 25 years now, and I highly recommend them. They are very professional and they strive to keep their prices fair.

They are really super reasonably priced. I use them all time now. They are really good with the animals. The wait time there is limited, I did not have to wait for long.

We had been going to Animal Crackers for several years. We have seen a real decline in the practice.
Hard to get through on the phone.
Always have to wait on average 45 minutes for a scheduled appointment.
Unknowledgable office staff that is sometimes rude.
Uncaring vet.
We drove from Magna to this vet.
We had just adopted a dog from the Humane Society. Her teeth were in really bad shape. Took her into the vets office. Had to wait 50 minutes for scheduled appointment. They found a hole that went from her gums (from perviously removed tooth) up into her sinus cavity. Vet said it was impossible to fix. Would cost thousands and thousands of dollars. She would just sneeze after she ate. This was not acceptable! How would you like a hole in your gums that pushed food up into your nose everytime you ate? Vet really didn't want to do anything about the problem.
We have two other dogs that went to them over a period of several years. One had a skin problem on his back. We were told it was allergies and would cost a lot of money to diagnose. Again, vet didn't want to do anything about it.
The dogs mouth was treated by another vets office and it didn't cost thousands upon thousands of dollars.
The dogs skin condition was treated by another vets office. It didn't cost a lot of money either. It is a type of acne that was treated with shampoo and some topical gel.
This office doesn't seem to care about you or your pets.
If you just want shots I guess they are ok. If your pet has a problem they really don't want to diagnose or be involved. According to them it is always very expensive and not really worth it.
Definately would not recommend.

They charge $8 for a glucose check. They have 4 doctors there and I've seen 3 of the 4. All of the doctors are great. They are professional. You might have to wait a few minutes sometimes, but they are the best. Our son passed away a few years ago and we had a dog that needed to be put to sleep and they were awesome. During the funeral time, one vet actually came by my house and gave my dog shots.

Extremely well. Very professional, reasonable priced, friendly and in a timely manner. I have had dogs all my life
and I've seen alot of vets and like I said above I have four schnauzers that I lovewith all my heart and they're my babies. I want the best care possible. We left for awhile due to location but we're back at Animal Crackers because of a really bad experience we had with a Vet that was closer to my home. We lost our little Zoey,( 8.5 years ) due to a vet that formed his own opinion and was unwilling to listen to what I was seeing and saying. Shame, shame on him!!! Honestly, who knows their dogs better? We are our pets VOICES!!!Steve S.

Animal Crackers examined our two Chihuahua dogs for an airline trip permit, to be able to take them to Guatemala. The staff there accidentally put Mexico on the travel permit paperwork instead of Guatemala, so we could not take the dogs. It cost us extra time, trouble, and airfare change fees, but the doctor at Animal Crackers would not accept any responsibility for their error. He would not reimburse us, or allow us any consideration at all, and was actually rude to us, trying to blame the error on us, when it was their mistake totally. Very poor customer service when trying to resolve the issue. We finally had to reverse our credit card charge at the bank, since they would not accept any responsibility for their error. An honest mistake on their part with very poor customer service and even rudeness after their error was pointed out to them.

The treatment here was very thorough and the people at Animal Crackers are very compassionate. They tried many different kinds of treatment for my dog and were very patient about the whole experience. I also like that the entire staff is knowledgeable about what they are doing.

A lot of people use this clinic and they do tend to get quite busy. Although they handle many customers, they keep the service very personalized and prompt. The prices here are very reasonable and all of the staff is really friendly and seem to care about all of the animals that they work with.

The dog is a big baby. He is scared of large men and is a little jumpy. I worried that he'd bite the vet or that he'd freak out over the heart-worm and the shot, but the vet did a great job. They took us into this room and all the while spoke softly to him and calmed him. Even though the vet was male, the dog liked him and didn't act aggressive or growl. The vet explained to me how heart-worm works and how to keep the dog healthy and strong. He also told me how often I needed to get shots and said they'd send a reminder in the mail when I needed to get them for the dog again. I really liked the staff and they loved my dog.
