Horrible. Took my money and ran.

These guys don't spend a lot on advertising or sales staff, so they don't have that level of overhead. I think that is how they were able to give me the lowest bid. The windows have worked great and they where fast and clean when in came to installation.

We had a lot of contractors provide us with bids to replace 13 wood windows, in our Sugarhouse home (built in 1941, original windows), with vinyl, double pane windows. Brad Sr seemed to be very honest and realistic. Not at all high-pressure. No big sales pitch or "buy it tonight and I'll cut you a deal, but tomorrow it'll be gone" kind of stuff. (We saw a lot of that BS). The windows were installed in 1 day (by Brad Jr) and the window wrapping was completed in 3. They look great and are very functional. One window was a bit hard to open, so Brad has ordered us a replacement and will install it for us (at no cost to us, of course) before he will accept final payment. He wanted us to know that "I stand by my products and I want you to be happy with them." I will recommend All Day to my friends and would us them again in the future.

We are very happy with the work and with all our dealings with the company. Brad Day was on time for all appointments, had sample materials for us to look at, answered all our questions, and presented all bids and change orders in proper written form. He also gave us the names and addresses of a couple of similar jobs they had done so we could drive by and look at them. We were pleased that he was willing to put a completion date on the contract, but in the end they were able to start the job sooner. Doug Anderson did the work by himself over the course of several days, which was not a problem for us. He took care not to damage any plants and to put things out of the way each evening. The garage looks great and these guys were a pleasure to work with, so we highly recommend All Day Home Improvements.
