1st Handyman is run by Jeremy Swain.
We found him in August and have used him for several little things since then.
Jeremy is always prompt and seems to be more than willing to work around ours schedule. But we trust him so much we've told him how to get to the hide-a-key for our house. He can show up and finish the jobs while we're at work and we don't worry at all!
Jeremy's rates are extremely reasonable and he only charges his cost for parts. Everything he's repaired in our home (and the list doesn't stop growing) has held up and hasn't needed a second look. When you're living in a home that's almost 60 years old, the benefit of a skilled and knowledgeable handy man is incalculable.
We have more fix-its schedule with Jeremy and will continue to call him whenever the need arises. He is professional, honest, provides quality service, and affordable. What more could you possibly need in a handyman?
