Clearview Window Blind & Screen

When I called they explained their process of high pressure cleaning, and explained the possibility of paint damage on older blinds, especially darker blinds, that had a lot of sun. We had a few less expensive green blinds that were both darker and faced the west, so they got a lot of sun. After cleaning a few of those blinds did have some paint loss, but since I had been warned, it was no surprise. For the more expensive white blinds we used through the rest of the house there was no damage. The workmen showed up on time, They removed the blinds carefully, and numbered everything so every blind got back in the same position it stared in. I had asked them to have the blinds back by 5 that day, and they agreed. My wife informed me of a appointment we had so i called them back and asked if they could have the blinds cleaned and back, and installed by 4 pm. They agreed, and did exactly as promised.

The quality of work they did was excellent. The scheduling was a nightmare. I had the scheduler put us up for a schedule in a rainstorm. It was ridiculous. It's not like you're the customer, it's "when it's convenient for us, we'll be in your area." That's the way it is. They're so good and they're so much cheaper than the others that we go back to them. You don't pick a day but they tell us when they're going to be in the area. They tell us when they can do service. It's terrible customer service. Everything's fine except for their customer service. It's awful. The blind cleaning was very good.

After a long summer of secondary water spraying all over our windows we could hardly see outside.  Well Clearview Window came a did a perfect job of making my windows pristine.  Sunlight coming through my windows is wonderful.  They cleaned the screens that were not damaged also.  I was so pleased with their work, I had to leave a review for them.  The cleaner CG was professional and polite.  I absolutely will have them back to clean my windows again next year.
