Scott Bangerter did a great job. The previous toilet had leaked periodically and Scott knew what was wrong with it and installed the new toilet so it wouldn't leak. We had also had trouble with the previous toilet getting plugged up frequently, and Scott recommended the handicap toilet as it has better water flow than the usual low-water toilet. Bangerter plumbing is actually the first person we always call because they do a really great job every time.

I haven't had any issues with the water softener since then. Scott Bangerter is the one that always comes here, he is a little quiet but he is good at listening to our problems and he knows his stuff. He knows all the different products that are out there, he is very good at telling me what all of my options are and letting me choose. He can make a recommendation. He came first, gave us a quote and told us the different things we could do and the pros and cons of each one and he was able to tell us about the hard water, so he really knew his products really, really well and we have had him do other work and he has always been really knowledgeable. He is not pushy. Each time we have had him do work, he knows what needs to happen and he has been able to come in and do it and he does it right and we don't have any problems. If there were any problems, he has been very responsive. He will explain the options and will tell us what we can do to take care of the pipes, because we have some older things and he has taken the time to show us what we could do. He even told us that this was a good water softener and we would not need as much dishwasher detergent and laundry detergent so he took the time to educate us what we could do to help our plumbing issues as well. Scott always shows up on time, one day he had an emergency call and called and talked to me to see if our issue could wait a little bit and I said it was not a problem, so he worked with us on that. He always shows up when he is going to or calls. I love him.

They were referred to us by Just Right Heating and Cooling who had just fixed our air conditioner. They couldn't come out right away, but that was ok because the leaking water was going down the drain. Scott said they would come out right away if it was an emergency. When they did get there, Scott was very professional and considerate of my home. I was comfortable having him in my house. He did a great job. I recommended them to my neighbors already.

They replaced my leaking tub and faucet. When the faucet that they replaced started leaking, they came back and fixed it at no charge. They are very dependable and honest. The overall service was great.
