He had all 5 stars which is why I chose him. Please see my google review with pictures from an inspection on my new home built by Cameron Teeples. I had to pay $25,000 to replace stone due to mold, and I have many more repairs to go. Cameron Teeples now has a non-disparagement clause in his contracts. Buyer Beware. See my other review regarding the plumber that came to take out the sewer test tube when my sewer backed up in the house.

Overall it went really well. Ed followed up personally with any questions or concerns we had. We had a cabinet that started to detach from the wall 18 months after the job was completed. I called Ed and he came out and told us that he would get it fixed. We had the cabinet people at our house the next day. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Cameron and his crew were great! His price was fair, it was quality work, his crew was punctual, and Cameron kept us informed through out the entire process. The basement turned out better than anticipated. We will definitely use Teeples Custom Building again when the need arises.

I found Teeples Custom Builders on Angie's List.  They were absolutely exceptional to work with.  Their professionalism, their timeliness, their attention for detail and eye for design surpassed all my expectations.  They expanded a small Master bedroom and added a very large luxury Master bath with a full basement excavated underneath (for a later den/bedroom) on our 86-yr-old home.  They matched all of the old molding design and doors to make the addition tie in perfectly with the art deco design and age of the house.  They had the experience to know how to tie in the roof line of the new addition and saved me the cost of hiring an architect.  They arranged for and supervised all subs, and made sure the subs' workmanship was of the highest quality.  They always listened to my ideas and worked with me to create the most beauty within my budget.  They did all the legwork for obtaining all supplies, even the extras I wanted.  They were very willing to do additional extras not in the original contract, such as additional grab bars, working with an art glass designer (Peacock Studios) for art deco glass, additional mirrors, upgraded outside stairs, railing, and fencing, and doing other small repairs in other areas of the house.  People would drive by and stop and ask me who was the contractor working on my home, because they could see the quality and care being put into my home.  It is apparent to all who see their work that they care about their customers and take pride in providing quality and beauty.

They are easy to work with. They're very fair and honest in their bids I just really enjoyed working with them. They do very good work too. I'm going to remodel another section of the house in about six months and I plan to use them.

Cameron and Ed have been wonderful to work with. If we needed to change anything, they were open to it and would work around our concerns and issues. I would recommend Teeples to anyone that wants a good, qualified, licensed contractor they can trust and count on.

Cameron was easy to work with, very competent and punctual. He did a great job in replacing a beam (there were some challenges because of wires, water line, etc).

It was excellent. The Teeples Custom Homes contractor is really, really good. He's very confident, experienced, easy to work with, accessible, good quality of work. He's an all-around perfect contractor for the remodel.

Teeples Custom Homes was excellent and the work they did was excellent and the materials were great. I will stay with them in the future.

My wife Tiffy and I were looking frantically for a home as our lease was running out in a 4 months. It would be our first home and we wanted to get it right. after A LOT of research we couldn't find a home that we just loved. After going through every short sale in the county and almost every listing that was somewhat appealing to us we started looking into building. We spoke to a few people in the neighborhood and the builder they suggested was Ed Teeples. Ed has been building homes for years and built most of the homes in our neighborhood we were renting in. My wife and I took it into consideration and started looking for builders. We looked into Ivory homes, Salisbury(Built most of the homes where we are located (wouldn't recommend, look into reviews), edge, shupe (who built my sisters home [wouldn't recommend]), bishop, richmond, etc... UGH!!! The only builder that didn't have any concerns was Teeples. We gave him a visit and he truly does custom homes. He found out what we wanted, what area we were looking at and their requirements, and got us a 2 story home in Lehi! With the other builder they say they can do custom but choosing a color and one of 2 cabinet types ISN'T custom. We have EVERYTHING we could have hoped for and more! Neighbors come over and want a tour every time as it truly is captivating especially for a budget first home of 230000.

We chose where our cans in the house went, type of granite, colors, vaults, railings, nice carpet, cabinets, tile, wood floor, walk-in closet, vanities, shower surrounds, hardware for kitchen, bathroom, and faucets. We chose what rooms to wire(3) for HDMI surround sound. Window types, I could go on and on as I continue thinking about everything. needless to say we and everyone else love our CUSTOM home with all the upgrades at no and quot;LUXURY UPGRADE PACKAGEand quot; costs.
