We had not heard from Carol by 4 so I called and left a message, couldn't get ahold of her.  We are no going on over a week without a washing machine so I'm anxious to get fixed so I called back at 5.  Carol was very rude and impatient and said she was working thru calls.  Bottom line, it was the next day that Bob returned.  He installed the new part and tested the machine and it is working fine.  If you have another choice, I would go with them.  If you don't, ask for Bob on any repairs.
I didn't read a review here until after I had this bad experience, looks like Carol is a recurring problem.  Hopefully the owner reads these reviews.

Was afraid to call them because of a rating that I saw. However the higher rated appliance dealer would never return my calls, so out of desperation I called Mr. Appliance. They came over quickly, gave me an estimate and then quickly made the repairs. They were efficient, professional, and stayed on bid price - no surprises. The refrigerator is still working fine, two months later.
