"We apologize that our service did not satisfy your expectations. In our discussion, I told you that you have the wrong hinged storm door and at our scheduled appointment you were supposed to have the storm door with the correct hinges. I was not able to complete the job due to this factor which caused me to have to reschedule and come back. Your overhang is small at your door entrance, as to the weather it would have to wait until it was dry to open and install the storm door so that paperwork and all supplies weren't getting destroyed. We would like to make this right. Thank you!"
