New systems have a 10 year warranty on all parts and a 2 year warranty on labor. In addition, most of our replacement parts have at least a 2 year warranty on the parts. Kuhn’s Heating and Air provides duct cleaning, as well, with our powerful BEAST machine! they overcharged us $100's of dollars for an inexpensive part for our heat pump. It was a very organized scam. I would never use them again!
