HiCaliber is amazing. Communication was great, if I sent an email it was usually answered within 15 minutes. Phone calls were very courteous and at no point did we ever feel that we were being talked down to even for our "dumb" questions. As soon as the building permits were issued work started within 2 business days. The workers were very thorough, polite and very respectful. There was never a mess left overnight, and plastic tarps were always placed over furniture and other personal items. In my situation, they even finished one day early. The attention to detail was amazing. The HiCaliber employee saw a mistake made by one of the contractors (one that we didn't even notice) and he had the contractor come out and fix it. I am very happy with their service and will definitely hire them again. Great company, great employees, and amazing service. A+++

Excellent service. Very prompt & efficient, I could not be more pleased! They even managed to fit me in their schedule the day I called, which I certainly did not expect. Very knowledgeable & went out of their way to help me. I highly recommend them & I will definitely use them again.

HiCaliber is the best company I have ever had. They are honest, reliable, prompt, not to mention the quality of work they did. The staff is the best people I have had the honor of dealing with. They cared about my family, any concerns I mite have. It's the first company I have ever known to care about the customer and I'm 64 years young. I just moved to St. George and purchased a home. I hired HiCaliber to clean my carpets throughout the whole house. They did the best job I have ever seen a carpet cleaning service do. I have had the carpets cleaned in the past in my other house but results were not even close to the job of HiCalber. They also did the tile in the kitchen, WOW, the grout looked new!

We love these guys. They make our carpets look like new and take pride in doing an
excellent job. They took the area rugs to the shop and cleaned them. When they
were returned they looked like new. We still have some area rugs that match those
that have already been cleaned and the difference is obvious.
They even cooperate with our needs to keep animals off wet carpeting and
split the job for us.

Initially the service was good, but the carpet got too dirty after.

"Thank you for taking the time to write a review about your carpet cleaning experience you had with HiCaliber. I noticed on your review and also I looked up in our records that your carpet cleaning service was in fact two years ago. We have not cleaned for you, since 2012. You mentioned, that the carpets got dirty quicker, after they were cleaned.. Not sure, if you have used another service company for your cleaning needs in the last two years. If you go to long in between cleans,this may explain why the carpets did not look their best after we cleaned the carpets. Age, wear and tear and how the carpet is taken care of on a daily basis all play a roll. It is highly recommended, to have a professional carpet cleaning, at least every six months. This ensures the carpeting to be kept cleaner, look their best and also to extend the life of the carpeting. HiCaliber really strives to give the best service possible and to our working ability. We appreciate the feedback and will take your review into consideration, as we perform services in our clients homes."

Actually, these folks deserve an A+ for excellent customer service.
We have used them for the last two years for semi-annual carpet cleaning.
We have a heavily trafficked area that seemed hopeless. Two previous
technicians said it was "wear" and couldn't be cleaned any better.
Hi Caliber proved them wrong. The carpet looks good as new.

They did a great job. Carpets looked grungy before and looked great afterwards. We added in the scotch guard too. We also had them stretch our carpets. It made sense since we had all the furniture moved out of the rooms. The stretching is done by a separate crew that came after the carpet had dried for several hours.

They were fast and did a good job. There were two stain on the carpet that did not come out. The carpet was very wet and took 24 hours to dry.

The provider showed up punctually, was courteous and friendly, provided an estimate prior to starting the work, and did an excellent job. We have had other local carpet cleaners who did not get the carpet clean, and then excused the poor work with the comment that it was just wear and tear on the carpet, and they couldn't get it clean. Well they were wrong, and HiCaliber got it clean.
