I felt as though I was lied to time and again. My calls and messages were never returned. Only one time out of a dozen did the contractor come the day he promised. He installed a sump pump that I did not want because it was easier for him. I instructed that I did not want to run anything through the sump other than the basement, that did not happen either; again to make things easier for him. If you're going to lie to your client, be sure they don't know enough to know that you are lying. We chose this contractor because another contractor said he had great prices. His bid was the lowest price but we lost all the savings in errors and time loss.
