They’re going to start about a week. I’m just waiting for them to call me. Originally, I called him to have him tear down a part of the house for me and that he’ll just get rid of it. He’s been real upfront and honest with me. I know his not trying to rip me off. He’s really comfortable working with Salt Lake City housing development. He’s just been on top of my situation. He’s offering me a very fair price of what he’s going to do for me. He’s not signed up adding stuff nor does anything that’s not absolutely necessary or not what I want. He’s very professional. He came out and gave me a quote free of charge. He gave me options where everybody else is telling that we need to tear it down but he can fix it for me. I was surprised because I was not expecting him to say that. The price is wonderful. Everybody I talked to said that the price is not bad at all. I assume his quality is good. I’ve not seen any of his work but he’s done a lot of this type of job before. He is the one recommending me that we need a city permit. I can’t imagine that he’s trying to cut corners anywhere or make a butt out of me. He’s been insisting on a city inspector come in and check out the work. He’s busy and I was deciding for a while whether I should go for it. He had to wait for me a little bit. He has a lot of job working on. When he said he’s coming over and he set the time, he’s here. If he’s running late, he calls me that he’ll be 20 minutes late. I’m really lucky I found him. He has nothing but “A+” rating for Federal Business Bureau. The Google comments for him are just fantastic. So, I think I got no worries. I got more work for him once he finishes this I got the other end of this house to take care of.
