Our "InstaHot" water dispenser stopped working and we had to buy a new one. We called Jack and he was able to come out the following day. He told us he would arrive between 2 and 3 pm, he called at about 2:15 and said he was running a bit late. But he still arrived on time, right around 3 pm. He was courteous, friendly and professional. He was able to quickly replace our water heating unit and looked at our water softener for us as well.
