Great! This was the third time we have had her come in and she was amazing! Both previous visits were uneventful. Care of the birds went smoothly for the most part. They can be stubborn about returning to their cage but she handled it well. She reported to me regularly during the time I was away, even sending photos. She was very detailed and specific. She was kind and loving to the birds and comfortable to be around them. On the third visit, she ran into some complications that she handled perfectly. I had moved the birds' cage to the front window of our home thinking they would be better entertained during the long days alone. When Michelle arrived in the morning to care for them, she noticed they were unusually quiet. She found a trail of ants in the cage and in their food! She cleaned the cage and moved it to its original spot. She also swept up the ants and took them outside, realizing that any poison or chemicals to get rid of the ants could harm or kill the birds! She notified me right away and made sure each day that any trace of ants were removed. I am confident and comfortable leaving the care of my birds with Michelle.
