Both times (different staff each time) they did a great job removing large mirrors glued to drywall with mastik. They knew what they were doing, they took appropriate safety precautions, it all went well. We would use them again.

The shower door was very different so I had to wait for it.  It's a blue chip type of new glass that I saw in their showroom.  That took about three weeks.  Only problem I had with them is I had to remind them about sending somebody to measure.  I had gone to the showroom and the they said the measurer would call me.  I was going away.  I waited a week and I didn't get any kind of call.  Then I called the showroom again and they gave me the measurer's cell phone.  They were very busy.  He set up the appointment and did come after that.  I have used them twice.  They manufacturer the unusual.  Their manufacturing is right on premises so they don't send it out to anyone else. I wanted an unusual shower door and they did give me that.  They can do almost anything that can be done in glass.  They have been around doing this from the early nineteen hundreds.
