We hired him to do our floors and we would have been better off hiring a chimpanzee. Gouges in the floor partially sanded, didn’t bother staining, or repairing filler.
Description of Work: Floor sanded, stained, and sealed.

The owner is David Torez. I hired him in February and he walked off the job in August or September. It was not a good experience. He is one I would definitely stay away from. I've been trying for 5 months just to give him papers just to go to court. What he did was very mediocre and very dishonest. He was here a lot but he didn't do anything. He has a long history of reasons that other members would not want to deal with him.
