RANDY YOUNG CONSTRUCTION

I reached out to Randy to bid a house for me on property I already own. I had a budget in mind and wanted to stick within that. Randy suggested a smaller floor plan, I agreed. I didn’t want some options such as the pellet stove he uses is an off brand not made in the USA and I’d had a lot of problems with in a previous Randy Young home. I wanted to do my own driveway to the site as Randy bid me $11,500 for gravel! When he came to my property to look at it he made sexual comments to me like I need to find a sugar daddy, I need to get on one of those millionaire sites or to butter up a male friend of mine. I asked lots of questions on my bids and explanations to get cost breakdowns or to make sure when plans were ordered they were followed as Randy is known to not always follow them exactly. At this point I think we realized this may not be a good option for both parties. I requested my $2000 back I had given him for plans as no plans had been ordered and no contract was in place. Randy refused and then tried to threaten me legally. I have been dealing with the bank to get my money back based on his dishonesty. What a headache. I dodged a bullet for sure. Funny that his only positive reviews are from his real estate agent who he pays commission
