 + -1 moreSteve was very nice and spent time cleaning and adjusting and tuning the chimes. Even a day later when the lever to select a chime, or silent, wouldn't work. He made a special trip to fix the problem with no charge. I will be recommending him to all of my friends and family.
Description of Work: I inherited a grandfather clock that was my great grandmother's. I'm not sure they ever had the chimes play as they lived in apartments, condos and townhomes. The chimes were very out of tune and would not complain consistently.

The price was within the estimate and the work was completed on time as promised. My only disappointment was the amount of time (five weeks) it took to do the work but that is to be expected from a small in-home business.
Description of Work: Cleaned and lubricated the mechanisms of on our mantle clock, adjusted the beat and chimes and overhauled the verge.

 + -1 moreWe called on a Monday and the service was done on Tuesday. He came to the house, made an estimate and was able to complete the job without rushing. An excellant job was done.
Description of Work: Clock Doc came to our home to fix and adjust our Grandfather Clock. He did an outstanding job and did not cut any corners. He told us what he woudl suggest that we do to make it run better and then performed those fixes. Very professional and job was very well done.
