Amazing! Great guys! Very professional and finished in the timeframe alotted.

Red Rock movers saved us when we were in a very precarious situation moving from Cal. To MN. They drove two hours to get to us and the minute they arrived they assured that they were professional and had done this many times. They told us they would repack our moving van in a much more organized and efficient t fashion and were true to their word. They informed us of their expected timeline, the process they would use, and how they would go about their job. They were polite, professional, and courteous. They offered to put chairs for us to sit on so we could watch . They explained when they found broken pieces of furniture, and showed us boxes that had been damaged as they found them. They informed us when they needed to take a 5 minute break. They exceeded our expectations with their hard work, skills at repacking and communication skills. We would highly recommend them to anyone. They saved us and we are truly grateful to them.

They are incredibly professional, wrap all your furniture, and so kind and professional. I couldn't have asked for more. I'd hire them again in a second!

The people were nice but were trying to reach out to them about the damage that was made on the front part of the fridge, they are responding but they are not doing anything.

Everything went better than expected, which is the best experience to have. Joe was very responsive from first contact to last goodbye. I contacted about 4 companies and they were the most flexible regarding timing which was ultimately why we chose them. We were flying in from out of town to do entire move in a long weekend, which was a very high stress situation. They were not the lowest bid, but they were certainly reasonable. More importantly, his assumptions for the size of the truck and number of men required was right on target, so no unpleasant surprises. We live on the East Coast and this was a 2nd home for us so had to deal with all the arrangements by phone and email ahead of time and trust they would show and deliver as promised .... which they did!! They were very respectful and business-like, both in set-up arrangements and on the site. The crew had incredible energy and worked very quickly and efficiently, but with great care. Since this involved a period of time where stuff was in storage, we chose to just use them for the moving part as we were able to get best deal on storage and they did not try to sell us on storage services. When we first showed up at the storage unit, I was afraid it might have been too big; after the second trip I began to worry it was too small. They did a fantastic job of planning the loads and packing very efficiently into the unit, so we were even able to come back to Park City in the winter and get all out needed ski gear/ winter clothes for a vacation trip and back in again afterwards. (Also thanks to my wife's amazing planning and sorting/packing skills). Needless to say, about 9 months later when it came time to move stuff out of storage into the new place, they were the first and only call we made and they were just as good the second time. (and fortunately, available again, we called ahead for more warning the second time. Happy to say, not a single damaged object from the whole move. One piece of advice; don't try to save money by packing all the big/fragile/odd stuff; let the professionals do it and plan to supervise . It may cost a little more for the packing materials and boxes, but everything they packed came out without a hitch.

Moved my apartment within an hour and half. My storage unit took two hours but it had the majority of the furniture for a three bedroom home in the storage unit. They worked to maximize their 24 foot truck space and were skillfully able to get all my furniture into the truck. They ensured my furniture was protected and put my bed frames and a desk back together. It did take 10 hours to move with three movers.

They were excellent. On time, did what they said they were going to do, very careful with our furniture. There were times I was not there and when I came back the work was still moving forward. The team was friendly and professional. I will use them again on my next move.

It went well, except my wife caught a couple of the workers smoking in the unfinished basement of the home we were moving from.

Needed a skateboard ramp moved on very short notice. Original plans fell through and we were left trying to find a moving company that same day. Red Rock Movers were one of the only companies to even consider the move. Javier and his team came straight from another job to see if they could make the move work. Within a few hours the ramp was disassembled, loaded, and moved to it’s new location. Javier’s team was extremely friendly, professional, and some of the hardest working movers I’ve ever seen. The move wouldn’t have been possible without their help. The price was also very fair considering the circumstances. Thank you guys for all the hard work!

Jose and his moving crew were fast and very careful with our furniture, wrapping everything and paying attention to details. They seemed to enjoy their work. Great guys. We would definately hire them again!

AMAZING!!!! These guys are absolutely the BEST movers you will ever hire! They wrap everything & always (my 4th time to use them!) use the utmost care when moving everything!!! A+++++++ Company!!!!!!

It went very well. They were quick to go the extra mile and wrap things in plastic. Also, since we just had them unload everything into the garage at the new house, they took the time to carefully organize it so that it wasn't just a pile of stuff. The guys that came were polite and super hard-working even though we had a lot of stuff in the basement and it required a lot of physical work. Can't say enough good things about them. My brother used RRM 3 days later and said, "They rocked".

These guys don't pick their noses because they're billing by the hour. They literally jog from one item to the next. They are very careful with the items and I don't have any fixes. It rained the day they helped and they Laid blankets over all the major walking areas to prevent dirty floors. They have all the right equipment for the job.

It went well, they were asked to put boxes in specified rooms to which the boxes were all labeled, we ended up with about 25 boxes out of place. Out of about 275 that's pretty good.

We took care of the stuff that was boxed up and they moved stuff like the appliances and heavy stuff. They were very professional, they were right on time, and they told us it would be $300 and when they were done and that's what it was. They were great. They really handled some of our things like a chandelier and fragile things like a piece of glass that fit on top of a dresser and they wrapped it up so carefully and moved it like it was their grandmother's furniture and they didn't dare to damage it in any way. 

If I had to move again, I would definitely use them but I am hoping I won't need them because I like this home just fine. They were clean and used little booties when they came in and very professional.

When they moved us out of our old home, they were thorough, friendly, and hard-working. They carefully loaded our things and were careful. The trouble with our move into our new home began the day before. They sent us a text message asking if they could start at 9 a.m. rather than noon. We were scheduled to have a final walk-through with our builder that morning and couldn't swing that big of a time change. The day of the move-in, we arrived at the storage unit as quickly as we could. They loaded the truck and were efficient. They laid down moving blankets on all of my floors so they wouldn't damage them. That was great, but they ruined an armchair because they decided to go through our sliding glass door rather than down the stairs. They wanted to waste time trying to fix it. (No offense, but I am not going to pay by the hour for you to fix something that you damaged.) They also put a large dent in the top of my practically new clothing washer. When we pointed it out, they said, "That wasn't there before?" Nope. It wasn't. They tried to fix it, which didn't work, and then only gave us a $40 discount off our bill. They were punctual, friendly and professional, but I'm not sure that we would hire them again.

We used them and they were very good. They were fast. They seemed to be very professional and knew what they were doing.

They did a GREAT job. On time and efficient and very careful. Excellent service and very nice guys.

They worked really hard. We did end up with a. Outlet of scratches on the furniture, but nothing serious.
