MAAD Construction

We have done a few remodels over the years and this has by far been the best! Dustan is fantastic to work with! He was always available to answer questions and made sure we were happy with every aspect of the remodel. He was never late and usually early and ready to work each morning. That alone is rare these days. Whether I was there or not, I had complete trust in him being in my home. Our remodel included taking down a wall, complete tear out of cabinets, carpet, tile and window seat. We made some adjustments as the remodel progressed and he made that easy as well. I absolutely love my new kitchen and would not hesitate to hire MAAD Construction for any future projects!

While others gave me bids with quotes for change fees if anything was different than discussed, Dustan provided a bid and was willing to work with me on anything that needed to be done. Since I had no idea what I was going to find as work progressed, Dustan seemed the logical choice... and am I glad he accepted the challenge! As we were fixing one thing, we found 3 more issues that needed attention, then 2 or 3 more from each of those... and on it went. Throughout it all, Dustan was a source of help, guidance, and good humor (we needed laughter to survive). I know that neither of us expected the project to last more than a couple of months, and finally, after several months, we are finally about done. I don't know what I would have done without him. He communicated well, answered calls and texts quickly, worked with me on subs I had and those he obtained, while doing a great deal of the work himself (great work ethic). He helped me keep costs down. He is a fair and honest man.
