Ben and Elias were exactly what I hoped for in a sprinkler repair service. - I didn't have to deal with scheduling online or "your service window is between 2:00 and 5:00". - Ben explained the situation and answered my questions. - Took care of what was broken and didn't take care of the other stuff that I thought was broken that wasn't (this is always my biggest tell on a trustworthy tradesman). - They were happy to fix up a few other small sprinkler head issues I had. - Charged me by the hour - minus drive time plus the actual price of parts ($26) - not off a convoluted flow chart of prices and discounts on a fancy iPad. - Sealed the deal with a handshake and a receipt, not a 3-page contract and disclaimer (if that ends up biting me, I'll revisit this review)

We had received 8" snowfall on the bench east of Kaysville. I had just had a knee replacement and not able to shovel. Called Wilkins out of desperation after being turned down, no call backs and waiting for cell calls to be returned to no avail. He told me that they would get it done for me and in 2 hrs a crew was here. THANKS! Because of their service we will be asking for Xeriscape bid, bid on redo sprinkler system, move and reconnect auxiliary pump for Weber Water connect and a monthly lawn care. It pays to be a good business now days!

Working with Ben, Stu and Josh of Wilkin's Landscaping was a pleasure. Our backyard sprinkling system turned out great, and we are very happy and satisfied with the coverage we now have in our large yard. Trenching an existing lawn in a very rocky soil was probably challenging, and we appreciate the time taken to do that part of it. Additionally, we are very happy with the quality of the sod they used. We would definitely recommend Wilkin's Landscaping to others.

Great experience. I had a sprinkler valve get damaged during the winter. Came out to look at it, saw what was wrong, and fixed it on the spot. Even squeezed me in to come take a look. Best experience I have had with a contractor by far. Highly recommended and will hire any time I have any sprinkler issues moving forward.
