Taylormaid Carpet Cleaning

I gave Rick and his team a start time in the afternoon not knowing that it would take them nine hours to complete the job, that did not stop them from getting after it and being there until 11 PM that night completing the job. Overall they did a great job Employee that Rick had was very professional and Rick is a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend them.

Alex was prompt and a very pleasant young man, he explained the procedure then begin his work. I was working in my kitchen so I could hear his work, on the stairs he was working hard to remove dirt and stains also the same for on the flat surfaces. I ask him what the vacuum pressure was on his equipment and he knew...3" hose 6-7 psi and 1" hose 10-12 psi. Alex spent roughly 4 1/2 hours on this small job, great bang for the buck. I bought a new house that previous owners left a lot of stains and pet hair, I was debating having the carpets replaced thinking they couldn’t be salvaged. My agent gave me a house warming gift of the carpets being cleaned. I was amazed at what he was able to get out, carpets look brand new! I am a Flooring contractor and I use Taylormaid for all of my jobs that need cleaned before or after installs and repairs. These guys have great prices, and sometimes that makes you wonder how the quality will be. Well everytime I have had them come into a home and do work for me they knock it out of the park. I called Taylormaid carpet cleaning to give them a shot and my carpets. I will tell you that the crew at Taylormaid was the best I have ever seen. Super professional and explained ever step that they would be doing. After they where done my wife and I where completely amazed at how great the carpets looked and felt.
