"Bryn, we did show up and attempted contact with the homeowner as well as you. We did not receive a response and waited approximately 30 minutes. Also, we needed access to the balconies of the home in order to clean the windows and nobody was there to answer the door. I am sorry you feel that our customer service was poor however we take certain measures to ensure the customers and us are protected and we will not start a job unless contact with the homeowner is made."
