Samson/Royalty Services Group was very responsive, professional, and competent. I made an inquiry on their website over the weekend and first thing Monday Samson contacted me to give me a quote and set up a time to clean the vent. He came out the following day and quickly cleared the very dirty vent. He suggested a reasonably priced vent cover to replace our broken one and installed it. I would definitely call them again.

We had been told that we would have to rip out our dryer duct and replace it, which would have meant ripping up walls and ceilings. Samson from Royalty came and cleaned out the ducts, preventing us from having to replace the duct work. We were soooooo grateful. We can't say enough good about this company.

They sent out a very nice tech who took the time to explain the process and went right to work.
Surprising amount of material can clog up the exhaust for a dryer vent. But now that it's all gone I'm happy to say our dryer is working like new
