Thacker Roofing

Mr. Thacker gave me some excellent advice on the phone and was at my house within minutes. I live in the neighborhood where he was and stopped by on his way out to some other appointments. Even though it was a busy day for him I did not feel rushed and he took the time to alleviate my concerns and help to prevent any further rain damage. He was back the next day to complete repairs after the weather dried up.

They were punctual and within the quoted price.  There were three 1' "step downs" each side on the parapet sides of the sloped roof, so the TPO had to be fitted around each of the six "step downs".
The work was good!

Crew was courteous and respectful.

Nile and his crew replaced the rotted, leaking carport roof at the new home we just purchased.  The previous owners (some friends of ours) had gotten some quotes for the job several months prior while we were negotiating the sale, and not only was Nile's quote by far the most affordable, but he also seemed pleasant, knowledgable (his quote was very detailed with exactly what he would be doing) and was willing to honor the old quote (he even stopped by the day we talked to take another look at my request), so we used him.  He was able to complete the job in a very timely manner, and we are happy with the results.  My husband was ripping up our kitchen floor on the same day and had amassed quite a large pile of debris that we needed to dispose of, and Nile generously agreed to haul it to the dump with our old roofing, at no additional fee.  I would definitely recommend him--affordable, responsive, polite, quality service--my favorite kind of small business to work with.
